I’ve been “soaking” this morning to TobyMac’s new album “Tonight”.  I had been pondering the word “love” this whole week. Almost all Toby’s songs talked about love. As I am listening, some thoughts came to my mind, so I jumped up and grabbed my Mac book and started typing.  Here are a few of the thoughts that came to me this morning.  Think about them. There are answers in each of them……answers for many of you reading this post…..God is speaking to His people

Love is a choice…..not an expectation from someone else.

Love has to be an outward expression that starts from an inward decision.

Love gives…..never to expect to receive back.

Love never fails…..we can only fail love.

Failure in Love leads to another opportunity to give Love.

Some of you have been “failed” by love.  But the Lord is telling me to tell you that He has never failed you, and His love for you is so Big, that He has given to you the Love to overcome every failure…..and they are only “failures” when the enemy convinces you of that. God does not see you or them as failures, but as learning experiences to step deeper into His love!  God has already made the choice of giving you His Love…..now He is waiting on you and me.
